The medical importance of data derived from modern imaging processes such as computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and mammography is growing steadily. This growth, however, is also accompanied by a rapid increase in data volume and complexity. At the same time, the demand for greater efficacy and efficiency of clinical radiology is also growing. MeVis provides a crucial link between imaging hardware and the medical professional, by delivering software solutions designed to improve diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency to physicians, worldwide.

MeVis Medical Solutions operates from our two facilities; MeVis Medical Solutions AG, located in Bremen, Germany and MeVis Medical Solutions, Inc., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA.

In close cooperation with the non-profit research institute Fraunhofer MEVIS (former MeVis Research GmbH) and a worldwide network of clinical and industrial partners, our team of more than 175 scientists, engineers and software professionals works on novel products for the diagnosis and therapy of cancer as well as cardiovascular, neurological, pulmonary and musculoskeletal diseases.
